Our beautiful, spacious, and light-filled studio on the ground floor is available for casual rental for team meetings, events, or workshops.
Studio Features:
85 sqm open space with ground floor access
Flexible table arrangements seating up to 24 people (12 per table) – tables can be moved or configured to suit your needs
Kitchen facilities: fridge, tea/coffee, microwave, kettle, toaster and sink
Side plates, water and wine glasses, high tea stands, serving platters,
cheese boards, cutlery, tea cups and saucers.
Air conditioning and heating and 2 internal toilets.
Plenty of visitor parking in front of the studio and additional street parking
Pricing:
Monday to Friday - $80 per hour (2 hours minimum)
Saturday and Sunday - $130 per hour (2 hours minimum)
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking
Accessibility:
Wheelchair access directly from the street. Accessible toilet located on Level 3 (via lift)
